WOW INTERIORS ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Ordered the wrong item or not happy with the product?
Simply contact us within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number and reason for return if applicable.
- We will get back to you within 48 hours to authorise your return.
- You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we’ve received the product back we’ll check it over and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the item has been used or installed we will only make partial refund to cover diminished value of the product.
If item was collected please return in original packaging to collection area and quote RMA returns number which you will receive once authorised by customer service.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
